VICTIM(S): Elizabeth Armstrong, 79-years-old, 5'02", 118 pounds, last seen wearing a brown sweater and gray sweatpants
SUMMARY:
On Monday, October 3, 2022, at about 7:20pm, Elizabeth Armstrong walked away from the Cedar Mountain Care Facility on 4th Street in Yucaipa. Elizabeth suffers from several medical conditions, one of which decreases her mental capacity and makes her unable to care for herself. She shuffle steps but is able to walk long distances. Her last residence was in Sugar Loaf.
