FAIR HAVEN GARDEN CLUB OCTOBER EVENTS 
The Garden Club of Fair Haven will be gathering for a meeting
on Wednesday, October 5th, at 12 noon
at the Community Center, (35 Fisk Street)

Thursday, October 13th

Community Center Program:
“Putting Your Garden to Bed”
The event, “Putting Your Garden to Bed”, will be held on Thursday, October 13. (please note that the original date was October 12).
The event begins at 9:45am at the Community Center. Members of the club will share their expertise on pruning, composting, bulb planting and perennial care with a short presentation on each topic. In addition, instruction on how to use those trimming to create attractive container arrangements for the holidays will be presented. The remaining time of the hour-long event will be for audience questions.
Sign up details will be on the Fair Haven PTA website (fairhavenpta.com) beginning October 1. Coffee will be served.
There is no fee but the event is limited to 50 people.
