1. Resisting Arrest (1133) 9400 Block of Snow Creek Circle, Valley Oak District
Officers responded to a call for service involving the suspect, who was under the influence and combative. The suspect threatened to fight the officers and was restrained. The suspect was turned over to medical staff for an evaluation. ARRESTED: Black female adult.  
 
2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1300) Fite Court and Arch Road, Park District
The male victim, 27, was driving in the area when the suspect fired a handgun, striking the victim’s vehicle. The victim was uninjured. Officers conducted follow-up and located the suspects who refused to exit a dwelling and attempted to dispose of a firearm. The suspects eventually complied and were taken into custody. ARRESTED: Two Hispanic male adults.         
     
3. Person Stabbed (1642) 400 Block of S California St, Seaport District
The male victim, 56, and the suspect were involved in an altercation when the suspect struck the victim with a blunt object and stabbed him. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. ARRESTED: Lawrence Hughes, 54, for assault with a deadly weapon.
 
4. Resisting Arrest (1759) 2600 Block of West March Lane, Lakeview District
Officers responded to an area business regarding the suspect down within their property.  Officers contacted the suspect, who was under the influence and refused to comply, attempting to walk away. Officers forced the suspect to the ground and took him into custody. ARRESTED: Fabian Zapata, 20, for public intoxication and resisting arrest.
 
5. Resisting Arrest (0410) 400 Block of Glendora Avenue, Lakeview District
Officers responded to a disturbance call at the listed location. Officers contacted the male victim, 40, who had been assaulted. Officers then contacted the suspect, who pulled away from them. Officers took her to the ground and into custody. ARRESTED: Olivia Medlock B/F/24, transient, for public intoxication, resisting arrest, and battery.
