Arrest Made for Attempt Homicide 
On 10/01/2022 the person of interest in a shooting that occurred in Emeryville on April 2, 2022, Marcell Taylor was taken into custody for a warrant stemming from a shooting in the 3900 block of San Pablo Ave. There were no injuries reported in the shooting and there are no outstanding suspects.
This case has been forwarded to the Alameda County District Attorney's Office for review.
