Parking is now permitted on Garden Street between 12th Street and 10th Street and between 5th Street and Second Street, as paving operations were cancelled today due to rain.
Paving operations on Garden Street from 12th Street to Second Street are scheduled to take place on Thursday and Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
