Detectives need your help identifying this theft/vandalism suspect.

On 09/23, a Grand Theft and Vandalism occurred on the 3600 block of Summershore Ln in Westlake Village. The pictured suspect pulled nine nightlights out of the ground in front of multiple residences, damaging the wired housing. The suspect was also seen on 08/12, walking in the patio area of the 101 North Eatery and Bar, in Westlake Village. It was later discovered; he stole an umbrella from the fountain area of the shopping center.
