Green Bay Police Investigate Shots Fired on E. Walnut Street

The Green Bay Police Department is investigating an incident of shots fired near the 900 block of E. Walnut Street, which was noted by witnesses to be the result of a fight.
 
Officers were out on patrol on Crooks Street, when they had heard shots fired at approximately 12:56 a.m. on Friday, October 7, 2022, and immediately dispatched to E. Walnut Street.
 
Police are searching for suspects involved.
 
No injuries or property damage have been reported.
 
We do not believe that this was a random incident, and there is no continued threat to the community.
 
This investigation is ongoing, and no further information will be released at this time.
