INCIDENT: PC 273.6: VIOLATION OF A RESTRAINING ORDER
LOCATION: 4900 Block of Rancho Road, Phelan
SUSPECT: Aaron Rodriguez, 35 years-old, Resident of Phelan
SUMMARY: On Friday, September 7, 2022, at 10:08 a.m., deputies from the Victor Valley Sheriff’s Station responded to a call in the 4900 block of Rancho Road in Phelan.
The victim stated they have an active domestic violence restraining order against the suspect, Aaron Rodriguez, and he was parked in front of their house. As the victim came out of their house, Rodriguez drove away heading west on Rancho Road, in an older model white GMC Yukon.
As Deputy Whitney arrived in the area, he saw a vehicle matching the description travelling west on Rancho Road at a high rate of speed. Deputy Whitney initiated a traffic stop and detained the driver, Aaron Rodriguez. Through the investigation, Deputy Whitney obtained information leading to the arrest of Aaron Rodriguez for violation of a restraining order. Aaron Rodriguez is currently being held at High Desert Detention Center in lieu of $25,000.00 bail.
