Full Notification

1. Person Shot (0431) Aurora Street and Worth Street, Seaport District
Officers responded to the area on a report of a person shot. The unidentified male victim was transported to a local hospital with life threatening injuries. There is no suspect information at this time. Detectives responded to continue the investigation. 

2. Robbery (0924) 5700 Block of Pacific Avenue, Lakeview District
The suspect entered a business in the area and began stealing items. The suspect threatened employees when they confronted him. Security arrived and attempted to detain the suspect but he resisted. Officers arrived and assisted in restraining the suspect. ARRESTED: Thomas Randle 43, for robbery and terrorist threats.

3. Robbery (1010) 700 Block of North Airport Way, Park District
The male victim, 20, was working at an area business when the suspect entered. The suspect brandished a gun towards the victim and demanded property. The suspect fled on foot after the robbery. SUSPECT: Black male 20’s.

4. Weapon Arrest (1237) 3200 Block of East Hammer Lane, Valley Oak District
Officers responded to a business in the area on a report of a suspect with a gun in his waistband. Officers contacted the suspect and detained him without incident. The suspect was in possession of a loaded gun. ARRESTED: Khalyl Amos-Ortiz 23 for weapons charges.
