Last seen in the 600 block of West Duarte Rd, at 2:30 PM on 10/9/2022. Jesse was wearing a yellow Lakers shirt, gray pants, a blue and gray baseball cap, and carrying a pillow. Jesse does not have a cellular phone, cash or credit cards. Jesse takes medication for depression and hypertension.
