1. Robbery (Delayed) North Pershing Avenue and South Burke Bradley Drive, Lakeview District
On 09/26/22, the male victim, 36, was sitting in his vehicle in the listed area when the suspect approached him and brandished a firearm. The victim handed the suspect his property and drove away. SUSPECT: Hispanic male adult.
 
2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1403) 100 Block of South Pilgrim Street, Park District
The male victim, 67, was in an argument with the suspect. The suspect hit the victim multiple times with an object. When the victim tried to call the police, the suspect grabbed the phone away from him. The victim received non-life-threatening injuries, but he declined medical attention. Officers took the suspect into custody without incident. ARRESTED: Ako Oxendine, 30, for assault with a deadly weapon and elder abuse. 
 
3. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (2045) 200 Block of East Church Street, Seaport District
The male victims, 30 and 44, were in the listed area when the suspect asked one of the victims for a lighter. When the victim refused, the suspect got upset, brandished a firearm, and told them he would shoot them. The suspect fled the area. SUSPECT: Hispanic male adult.
 
4. Robbery (2130) North California Street and Park Street, Civic District
The female victim, 34, was walking in the listed area when the suspect brandished a firearm and demanded her property. The suspect took the victim’s property, got into a vehicle, and fled the area. SUSPECT: Black male adult.
