Notice is hereby given by the Township of Byram that a Competitive Contract in accord with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1 will be received by the Township on November 16, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. prevailing time in the Municipal Building, 10 Mansfield Drive, Stanhope, N.J. at which time and place the sealed proposals will be received for the following:
 
CC #1-2022 Adopt a Spot Concession

Bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and
N.J.A.C. 17:27 et. Seq.,
 
The Township of Byram will award this Competitive Contract in accord with Price and Other Factors as outlined within N.J.S.A 40A:11-4.1 et. Seq., and N.J.A.C.
5:34-4.1 et. Seq.
 
Bidders are to respond with One (1) original submittal and One (1) clearly marked “copy”.
 
NOTE:
It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure that the sealed bid package is delivered by the bid opening date and time. Any bid document received after the deadline established by the Township will not be accepted, regardless of the method of delivery.
 
Report of Competitive Contract:
In accordance with N.J.S.A40A:11-4.4(d) the summary report will be posted on the Township website at www.Byramtwp.org at least 48 hours prior to the governing body taking action on award.
 
This procurement has been advertised in accordance with the “Fair and Open Basis” and nothing further shall be required under the Pay-to-Play Legislation (N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.7).
