Street Reconstruction - E Ragland Ave b/t S 12th St & S 13th St 
Street Dept Crews began working on road construction on E Ragland Ave b/t S 12th St & S 13th St this morning @ 7:30 AM.
E Ragland Ave b/t S 12th St and S 13th St will be closed during the day to thru traffic for several weeks while this reconstruction is taking place. Signs and barricades will be in place during the day.
