Several Traffic Hazards have occured on Highway 278 spanning from Malphrus Road in Bluffton, to Blue Heron Point Road on Hilton Head Island. All of the traffic lights are out within this area. Motorists are advised to use caution, and reduce speed due to the greater potential for accidents.
