* WINDS...Northwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph today. Thursday, northwest 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...20 to 25 percent this afternoon, and 17 to 22 percent Thursday.
* TEMPERATURES...In the middle 70s today, and the upper 60s Thursday.
