The National Weather Service in Topeka has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from noon to 7 PM CDT Thursday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.
* TIMING... Until 7 PM today and from noon to 7 PM Thursday.
* WINDS...Northwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph today. Thursday, northwest 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...20 to 25 percent this afternoon, and 15 to 20 percent Thursday.
* TEMPERATURES...In the middle 70s today, and the upper 60s Thursday.
* AFFECTED AREAS: REPUBLIC ... WASHINGTON ... MARSHALL ... NEMAHA ... CLOUD ... CLAY ... RILEY ... OTTAWA
