On October 11, 2022, at 10:17 PM, Officers responded to the 5600 block of Nave Drive on the report of a man trying to force a woman into a vehicle. The victim reported that over the past several weeks she has received unwanted requests for dates, sexual harassment, and unwanted touching from a male co-worker who was identified as 35-year-old Reginald Maxime of Novato.

The victim reported that as she was leaving work on October 11th at around 10:15 PM, when she saw a grey SUV stop near her as she was walking home. The driver, Reginald Maxime, exited the vehicle, opened the front passenger door and asked the victim to get in his vehicle.
