Update, Missing Adult Located and Recovering
Meridian Police located seventy-seven (77) year old Robert Trotter on a remote road in Boise County, October 12, 2022, Wednesday afternoon around 13:00 hours. Trotter’s vehicle had become stuck and Trotter was suffering severe dehydration from being in the elements, but is expected to recover. Trotter was life flighted to St. Luke’s Boise. Trotter was reported missing Sunday October 9, 2022.
The Meridian Police Department would like to thank, the Boise County Sheriff’s Office, the Boise FBI Resident Office and their Cellular Analysis Survey Team (CAST), Civil Air Patrol and Idaho Mountain Search and Rescue without the help of these entities and the public this event could have turned out much worse.

Meridian Police Searching for Missing Vulnerable Adult
MERIDIAN — Meridian Police are asking the publics assistance with locating Robert Trotter, a missing seventy-seven (77) year old male who was last seen leaving church Central Valley Baptist Church around 11:00am on October 9, 2022.
Robert is described to be around 5’8” with grey hair and was last seen driving a silver 2018 Jeep Renegade (ID Plate: 001K1G). Cell phone information has shown that he was in the area of Horseshoe Bend/ Banks around 4:00 pm on October 9.
