Haudarie Hooker is a 30 year old Black male, approximately 4'8", 90-100 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes, with a lazy left eye. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt and black pants, and left on foot from the 8700 block of California City Blvd around 6pm earlier today.
