Current weather forecasts are showing some isolated light showers thought out the rest of the afternoon with increasing winds gusts in some areas up to 20 mph as we move into the afternoon.

Later this evening, heavier rain is expected with some imbedded even heavier bands, a potential thunderstorm can occur. As this system moves through our area, increasing winds are expected to continue throughout the evening.

Sustained winds of 12 mph SW with gusts around 30+ mph are expected. Rainfall totals look to be about an inch with potential for locally higher amounts. There may be periods of heavy rain that could overwhelm drainage from roadways and other poor drainage areas.
This event is expected to clear early Friday, October 14, 2022, morning with weather being sunny and clear for the next couple of days.
