* WIND...Gusty westerly winds expected Friday afternoon, with sustained speeds of 15 to 25 mph and wind gusts to 35 mph.
* HUMIDITY...Relative humidity falling to 20-25 percent Friday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
