Power line repairs on Hickman this week 
This coming week Delmarva Power will repair power lines on Hickman Street (between Bayard and Scarborough avenues) that were damaged during the September storm. The block will be closed during intermittent periods with access to local homeowners only. Signage and flaggers will be on site to assist with traffic control.
