Full Notification

The Collingswood Police Department is currently monitoring multiple active shooter threats that were made in multiple schools statewide today.  The callers are advising of an active shooter within the school, creating a law enforcement response and the schools are being placed in lockdown.  Multiple agencies have reported these calls as being a hoax.
 
We are in communication with school officials and working collaboratively to ensure the safety of our school community.  There is a football game this evening, in which additional officers will be assigned and there will be additional patrols during and after the game.
