Fairfield Police to Host Events This Week in Recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month 
Join the Special Victims Unit (formerly the Family Violence Unit) as we shine the light on Domestic Violence Awareness at Willow Hall during the Third Annual Shining the Light Event.
The event is this Thursday at 5:30 pm, and held in partnership with Solano Advocates for Victims of Violence.
Then, on Friday, October 21, the Solano County District Attorney's Office in conjunction with Fairfield and Vacaville Police will meet for a second Domestic Violence Awareness event on the Courthouse steps at 530 Union Avenue. DA Krishna Abrams, Chief Deanna Cantrell and Vacaville PD Chief Ian Schmutzler will each discuss this important topic. All are welcome to attend.
