First Annual Trunk-or-Treat 
The Carlstadt Recreation Committee is pleased to announce the beginning of an annual Halloween event. On Friday, October 28th they will present a Trunk-or-Treat from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the Sun Chemical parking lot located on Garden Street.
