Expect traffic backups on Viking Avenue NW, NW Finn Hill Road, NW Lindvig Way and Bond Road NE. Power is out in the area due to a collision on Clear Creek Road NW. Poulsbo Public Works crews are responding to assist with traffic control.
A collision on Clear Creek Road NW near NW Back Forty Lane has the road completely shut down just southwest of the city limit. High-voltage power lines are down on the road. Poulsbo Fire Department and Kitsap County Sheriff's Office deputies are on scene of the collision. Avoid the area.
