THE TOWNSHIP OF KNOWLTON HAS AUTHORIZED THE FOLLOWING TOWNSHIP-OWNED PROPERTIES FOR PUBLIC AUCTION:

• Block 5, Lot 25 (2 Mount Pleasant Road, Columbia, NJ 07832) - Minimum Bid: $30,000 (Size: 3.27 acres)
• Block 28, Lot 13 (17 US Highway Route 46, Columbia, NJ 07832) – Minimum Bid: $10,000 (Size: 0.59 acres)
• Block 55, Lot 12 (10 Clinton Street, Columbia NJ, 07832) - Minimum Bid: $2,000 (Size: 0.11 acres)

Offers are being accepted until 11 a.m. on October 24, 2022. Any offers for the properties should be made to Doreen Apgar, Deputy Clerk, Township of Knowlton, 628 Route 94, Columbia, NJ 07832, for not less than the minimum price provided.

NOTE:  All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope that is marked as a bid and the block and lot shall be placed on the exterior of the envelope.
