* WHAT...Southeast winds 25 to 35 mph shifting to the southwest with gusts up to 60 mph expected.
* WHERE...City and Borough of Yakutat.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 4 PM AKDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...First frontal band Tuesday afternoon/evening will bring in strong winds. A second band late Tuesday night into Wednesday will produce highest gusts with a wind shift to the SW during the day Wednesday resulting in another period of high winds.
* AFFECTED AREAS: CITY AND BOROUGH OF YAKUTAT
