Due to the Veteran's Day Holiday on Friday, November 11^th, the following changes will be made to Borough Services.
 
Garbage & Recycling – Due to the holiday on Friday, the entire town will have garbage collection on Thursday, November 10^th. There will be no collection on Friday.
 
The following offices will be closed on Friday, November 11^th and will reopen on their next scheduled day:

• Borough Hall
• Department of Public Works
• Municipal Court
• Public Library

 
The following services will be suspended and resume on Monday, November 14^th:

• Senior Bus - Will resume food shopping on Tuesdays and Thursdays on Tuesday November 15th.
• Senior  Medical Transportation

 
Parking  / Road Closures– Alternate Side of the Street Parking rules will be suspended on Friday, November 11^th. Overnight Parking rules will remain in effect. There may be closures and / or parking restrictions on Division Avenue in the area of Memorial Park for Veteran’s Day services.
 
Veteran’s Day Services -  Carlstadt VFW Post 3149 and American Legion Post 69 will be holding a joint Veteran’s Day Service at Memorial Park, corner of Division Avenue and Hackensack Street, on Thursday, November 10^th at 11:00 AM. Come  out an honor those veterans who have served in our military. (The date of thesse servces has been changed to to forcasted heavy rain on Friday)
