3:35PM UPDATE: Per PG&E, there will be a hard road closure on McClay Rd. between Saddlebrook Ct. & Chardonnay until approx. 8pm tonight 10/19 and power will remain out in the area. The roadway will not open completely until approx. 8am Thursday morning 10/20, while PG&E crews work on the incident and repair the lines.
