Learn more about the Automated Flood Warning System

Residents are invited to a virtual community meeting regarding the City's new Automated Flood Warning System on Wednesday, Nov. 9, at 6 p.m.

This winter, the City will install automated flood barricades and associated warning signage at some of the City's most flood-prone intersections in western Hoboken.

The new barricades aim to help protect the community and deter unsafe vehicular travel during severe storm events by safely closing flooded roadways to prevent injury and property damage exacerbated by those driving through floodwaters.

To register for the meeting, go to http://www.hobokennj.gov/flood-warning-system-meeting
