SUSPECT(S): Dorothy Mariea Randle, 23-year-old resident of Long Beach, CA
Curtis Witherspoon, 22-year-old resident of Long Beach, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Thursday, October 20, 2022, at approximately 5:45 PM, deputies from the Chino Hills Police/Sheriff's Station were dispatched to a residential burglary in progress. The suspects fled the scene in a vehicle prior to the deputies' arrival.
During an area check, deputies located the suspect vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. The two occupants were detained for investigation. Dorothy Randle, a 23-year-old resident of Long Beach, and Curtis Witherspoon, a 22-year-old resident of Long Beach, were positively identified as the suspects in the burglary. During a vehicle search, property belonging to the victim was located and recovered.
Randle and Witherspoon were arrested for residential burglary and conspiracy and transported to West Valley Detention Center for booking.
