INCIDENT: PC 21310(A) - Possession of Concelaed Dirk or Dagger
LOCATION: 1900 Block of Erin Drive, Needles, California
SUSPECT(S): Julio Flores, 29-years-old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On October 20, 2022, at approximately 10:40 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department conducted a security check in the 1900 block of Erin Drive after a disturbance was reported.
Deputies contacted Julio Flores at the incident location and through investigation determined Flores was in violation of PC 21310 - Possession of Concealed Dirk or Dagger.
Flores was arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Flores remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $25,000.
