DETAILS: On October 21, 2022, the Amarillo Police Department Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at an apartment in the 3000 block of Curtis Drive. Agents recovered approximately 1900 fentanyl pills, approximately 2 ounces of methamphetamine, approximately 114 grams of methadone and approximately 1 ounce of black tar heroin. Aaron Bret Young, male, birthdate 10-18-86, was booked into the Randall County jail for three counts of Manufacture/Delivery of a controlled substance >4grams<200 grams. An infant child was found in the home during this investigation and removed and placed in the care of Child Protective Services. This investigation is ongoing.
