Watch Commander's Day Report - October 25, 2022 
1. Resisting Arrest (0651) 8700 Block of Fox Creek Drive, Valley Oak District
The male victim, 41, reported the suspect threatened to shoot him and attempted to strike him with a metal object. The suspect tried to run over the victim and vandalized his vehicle. Officers located the suspect and attempted to take her into custody, but she resisted arrest. Officers utilized a restraining device after she
assaulted an officer. ARRESTED: Sereyrothadiena Oum, 30, for assault with a deadly weapon, criminal threats, vandalism, battery on an officer, and resisting arrest.
2. Weapon Arrest (1400) 3200 Block of East Hammer Lane, Valley Oak District
Officers responded to the report of a suspect brandishing a firearm at an area business during a theft. Officers detained the female suspect at the listed location and arrested the male suspect a short time later. Officers recovered a firearm and all stolen property. ARRESTED: Eric Garrett, 39, and April Clark, 42, for robbery,
resisting arrest, and weapons charges.
