Voters must submit their VBM ballot in a secure drop box on or before 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 8.
  3. Voters can also return their mail-in ballot in person to the Hudson County Board of Elections Office by 8 p.m. on, Tuesday, Nov. 8.
