1. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (2007) 1900 Block of South San Joaquin Street, Seaport District
The male victim, 49, was standing near his car when the suspect drove up to him. An occupant of the vehicle shot at him with a pellet gun. The victim sustained a minor injury and did not require medical attention. SUSPECT VEHICLE: White or silver 4-door sedan.
2. Weapon Arrest (2239) 8100 Block of Palisades Drive, Valley Oak District
Officers responded to the call location on the report of a person armed with a firearm. Officers contacted the suspect who was taken into custody without incident. ARRESTED: Charles Lockheart, 34, for possession of a firearm.
3. Burglary Arrest (0416) 3200 Block of East Morada Lane, Valley Oak District
Officers responded to a burglary alarm and located the suspect. The suspect fled from officers before complying. The suspect was taken into custody and the property was recovered. ARRESTED: Melesio Nieto, 30, for burglary and resisting arrest.
