Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé attended the 3rd Precinct’s Captain's Meeting, held at Ironbound Community Corporation Center located on Cortland Street.
Director Fragé joined 3rd Precinct Commanders Captain J. Carvalho and Executive Officer Lieutenant M. Alexandre, along with and Community Service Officers R. Barbosa and A. Hart. East Ward Council Member Michael Silva also attended.
