On Saturday, December 10, beginning at 7:00 p.m., the Holly Jolly Jekyll Light Parade, presented by the Beach Village Merchants, will take place on Jekyll Island. You may experience minor, rolling traffic delays around the island during this time.
The parade will not close any roads, but there will be temporary stops as the parade moves along its route, beginning at Captain Wylly Road and ending at Corsair Beach Park.
Parade Route
The parade will begin at Captain Wylly Road, going south down Beachview Drive. The parade will move through Great Dunes Beach Park's easternmost parking lane and through to the Convention Center parking lot. The parade will move into Beach Village and down Ocean Way, completing its route at Corsair Beach Park.
Pedestrians and bicyclists should use caution when crossing.
