Fentanyl Located in The Jail
Early Saturday morning (October 22) at about 8:30 AM, Calaveras County Correctional Officers located a female inmate who had smuggled fentanyl into the jail. As a result of the discovery, Emille Alexandra Lozano, 21 years of age (Wallace), was isolated from other inmates. Specially trained Deputies were contacted and responded to the Jail. Complete decontamination of areas where the inmate had access was conducted. Additional charges are forthcoming regarding the possession of the illegal substance.
