Halloween Parade today October 30th - Expect Delays From Community Center to Downtown Cranford after 1PM. 
SUNDAY OCTOBER 30TH: The Cranford Recreation and Parks Department and Cranford Jaycees will host the 22nd annual Halloween costume contest, parade, and Pumpkin Chunkin' beginning at 1:00 in the Community Center parking lot with the parade starting at 2:00 and ending downtown for the Chunkin’.
Expect delays, especially in Downtown Cranford after 1PM.
