Phone outages at the Harper Woods DPW, Parks & Recreation 
Due to a WOW phone service outage in the Metro Detroit area, lines are down at the DPW and Parks & Recreation buildings. Public Safety Department and City Offices are still operational.
Please call the municipal building with any DPW/Park concerns and we will relay them to the respective department.
