INCIDENT: VC 2800.1(A): EVADING A PEACE OFFICER
WARRANTS
LOCATION: Pearmain Street/ Yates Avenue, Adelanto
SUSPECT: Sade Rush, 24-year-old Female, Resident of Adelanto
SUMMARY:
On Wednesday, October 26, 2022, Deputy J. Mora arrested Sade Rush for evading a peace officer.
Deputy Mora observed a green Jeep Patriot travelling at a high rate of speed eastbound on Bartlett Avenue from US Hwy 395. Rush failed to stop at the Bartlett Avenue and Jonathan Street intersection.
Deputy Mora activated his emergency lights and siren to conduct an enforcement stop. Rush failed to yield and made several evasive turns in an effort to elude deputies. Rush eventually stopped her vehicle and was taken into custody without further incident.
Rush was booked at High Desert Detention Center for evading a peace officer and an outstanding warrant. Rush was later cite released and is due to appear in San Bernardino County Superior Court on December 12, 2022, at 8:00am.
