Rohnert Park DPS is seeking your assistance locating a missing elderly female at risk due to her age and medication requirements. Diana Lynn, 80 years old, went missing from her residence in the area of Country Club Dr at the Copeland Creek Trail at an unknown time earlier this morning or late last night. She was last seen at her residence last night. Diana is described as a causcasian female 5'10" 100 pounds with blonde hair and she is possibly wearing a black jacket, grey or blue sweatshirt and dark grey or blue sweatpants. She frequents the creekpaths in Rohnert Park, Raleys, Safeway and Jack in the Box areas. Diane also suffers from dementia. Please call RPDPS at 707-584-2612 if you see her as she left the home without her medication that she needs.
