Police Seek the Public's Help in Locating Newark Woman Wanted for Questioning in Shooting
Newark Public Safety Fritz G. Fragé requests the public’s help in locating Joy Farrell, 35, of Newark, who is wanted for questioning in connection with a shooting that occurred on Tuesday, November 2, 2021.
Just after 6:10 p.m., Police responded to the 60s block of Irvine Turner Boulevard on a call of shots fired. No injuries have been reported but Police recovered one spent projectile at the scene.
Detectives investigating this incident are seeking Joy Farrell for questioning in this incident. She is 5’9” tall and approximately 220 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
