SUMMARY:
The Victor Valley Sheriff's Station is asking for assistance from the community in identifying the suspect(s) responsible for theft and vandalism at Riverside Preparatory High School in Oro Grande.
Sometime between October 1, 2022, and October 2, 2022, the suspect(s) entered the school and stole tools valued at over $1,000 from a school owned Ford F150. They then used one of the stolen tools, a cordless grinder, to cut and remove the catalytic converter from another school owned truck parked on the property.
Deputies are hoping someone with information will come forward. The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact Deputy W. Fifita at the Victor Valley Sheriff’s Station at
