Please take note of the upcoming emergency no parking restrictions listed below. Vehicles in violations are subject to ticketing and/or tow.

Beginning on Monday, October 31st at 6:00 a.m. until Tuesday, November 1st at 6:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the east side of Holmes Dale from Western Avenue to Cortland Street and the east side of Colonial Avenue from Western Avenue to Cortland Street for road work. 

Beginning on Monday, October 31st at 6:00 a.m. until Friday, November 4th at 6:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the following roadways for road work:

 - South side of Osborne St. from South Hawk St. to Elizabeth St. 
 - West side of Holmes Dale from Western Ave. to Cortland St. 
 - West side of Colonial Ave. from Western Ave. to Cortland St. 

On Tuesday, November 1st from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on both sides of Eagle Street from Pine Street to Elk Street and both sides of Elk Street 15 spaces east of Eagle Street for an event. 

On Tuesday, November 1st from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the north side of Park Avenue from Ryckman Avenue to South Main Avenue for road work. 

On Tuesday, November 1st from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on both sides of Washington Park Road from New Scotland Avenue to Henry Johnson Boulevard for DGS. 

On Tuesday, November 1st from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the east side of Willett Street from 74-86 Willett Street and the east side of Rosemont Street from 5-19 Rosemont Street for CIPP project. 

Beginning on Tuesday, November 1st at 12:00 p.m. until Thursday, November 3rd at 6:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the north side of Lancaster Street near 147 Lancaster Street for a move. 

Beginning on Tuesday, November 1st at 7:00 a.m. until Wednesday, November 9th at 6:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on both sides of Morton Avenue from 154-182 Morton Avenue and both sides of Hawk Street from Catherine Street to Morton Avenue for a water line install. 

On Wednesday, November 2nd from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the south side of Elk Street from 210 Elk Street to Lark Street for CIPP project. 

On Wednesday, November 2nd from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on both sides of Washington Park Road from Henry Johnson Boulevard to Robin Street for DGS. 

On Thursday, November 3rd from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on both sides of Warren Street from Eagle Street to Grand Street for an event. 

On Thursday, November 3rd from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the east side of Winthrop Avenue near 117 Winthrop Avenue for a move.
