Annual Halloween curfew in effect for October 30th and October 31st 
The Perth Amboy Police Department reminds all residents that the annual Halloween curfew will run from October 30th - October 31st. For the safety of all residents, the curfew prohibits anyone under 17 from being out in a public place, public streets, or public property between 6 pm and 6 am.
