* WHEN...The more widespread dense fog is expected to develop after 10 pm west of I-55, and after midnight to the east. Steady improvement is expected after sunrise from west to east.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility. Be extra alert in the morning for slow moving farm and school vehicles.
