Reminder, together we can beat the flu. The Teaneck Health Department and Holy Name Hospital are sponsoring a flu clinic on Wednesday, November 2nd, at the Richard Rodda Center between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p,m,
There is no charge for Medicare Part B participants. All others must pay $25.00 dollars. Payment by check only.
Requirements- MUST be a Teaneck resident 50 years and older, pregnant, or chronically ill with a doctor's prescription.
A free Covid-19 home test kit will be given to every flu shot recipient.
We ask that those interested in receiving a flu shot call the Health Department to make an appointment at 201-837-1600 ext. 1500.
